Senior Account Executive

ROLE: The Senior Account Executive is a strategic member of the sales team that is responsible for achieving sales objectives from new customers and current accounts; prospecting and developing new customer relations; recognize customer’s needs, identify new opportunities and translate these into Augmentity solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage a large sales portfolio
  • Generate revenue from both new and existing customers
  • Lead generation from prospective and existing customers
  • Manage simple and complex sales cycles by using a consultative solution selling approach
  • Manage channel partner relationships
  • Accomplish required sales activities including presentations, proposals, and strive to meet and exceed the sales targets



  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 10+ years of progressive and successful solution-based B2B sales experience
    • 8+ years experience in selling IT infrastructure solutions (storage, server, virtualization, network, security)
    • IT Channel or Value Added Reseller (VAR) experience a plus
    • Proven record of success achieving / exceeding sales targets and goals
    • Large contact database
    • Ability to mine leads, cold calls and build relationships
    • Proven experience managing complex full life cycle of sales process
    • Excellent communication skills with "hunter" like mentality
